Jim's story 16: Rubik's cube.

One day, Jim and Jin were playing Rubik's cube. 'This is hard!' said Jim, 'I need help!'. 'Maybe we can ask Dad because he is an expert at solving Rubik's cube.' said Jin. Then they asked Dad how to solve it.

'Oh! We forget that Dad is working!', said Jim.'We can just search!', said Jin. Then Jin searched.

They learned how to solve the cube now so everything is becoming easier. Jin and Jim both solved the cube.

They showed everybody in the classroom how did they solve the cube. After that, everybody knows how to solve a Rubik's cube.

They created a poem called Rubik's cube.

Rubik's cube

I love solving Rubik's cube.

Without using any clue.

Solving it is fun.

It makes your brain run.

It is just a toy.

But not just for a boy.

When you finish solving it,

your brain will train a bit.

If you break it with a tissue,

then that will be an issue.

Some people did it fast,

but they still lost at last.

You can buy it in a store.

And you want to buy one more.

You can send it as a gift,

and you can easily lift.

The cube is not a ball,

so you cannot let it roll.

When you search it on a net,

you will never get wet.

When you give up and throw me,

you won't be holding a key.

If you break the cube,

it will not be a Rubik's cube.

My poem: July

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I am going to tell everybody about that today we worked at the office.

In the morning, we woke up early and we went to the office and worked. We worked whole day.

Today is Monday and today is not a holiday or something. In July, most of the days are not in Taichung. Most of them are in London or Japan. There is only 2 more days in July so that means there will only be 5 days in TAIWAN in July.

I created a poem and I hope you like it.

I love the trips, and eating chips.

I had a lot of fun but I didn't eat any bun.

We went to London

And watched Wimbledon.

We went to Japan

But we didn't buy any pan.

This is my poem about this month. I love traveling around the world but I also really like our country TAIWAN.

Yu's Japan trip 5: Hello TAIWAN!

Hi, everybody my name is Yu and today I want to tell everybody about that today we went back to Taiwan. That means we leaved Japan.

In the morning, we woke up early and go to our first stop which is the tax free shop. I bought a bag of tiramisu candies.

Then we went on a boat that goes around Matsushimaya. There is a haiku called Matsushimaya.

After that, we went to the Sendai Mitsui Outlet. We took a ride on the Ferris wheel. It is the only Ferris wheel in Sendai so it says it is the biggest Ferris wheel in Sendai. I think that is funny.

Then we went to the airport. The airport is not so big but it is a lot bigger than Aomori Airport.

The plane we took is a small plane and there is a Gudetama on the plane. Even the pillow has Gudetama on it.

Soon, we went back to our home. 

I think today I felt happy because today we went to lots of places. We also went back to Taiwan which is our home. Tomorrow is going to be a nice day. See you in the next blog. Bye bye to Japan and everybody who reads the blog!

Yu's Japan Trip 4: The last day

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I want to tell everybody that today is the last day in Japan. We are going to go away from Japan so I am not so happy. We will say hello to TAIWAN but we will say bye to Japan.

In the morning, we woke up early and then went to our first place which is the flying mochi.

I think the storekeeper is really kind. He let us pull the string from the next side of the river.

The string is very long so you need to be really quick. Some of the Chinese are really crazy. They pushed the basket. I was really angry.

We also went on the second floor. There are lots of photos. We also took a picture, but we took it home.

When the basket with mochi and tea is coming, there are two flags. The first one is TAIWAN. The other one is Japan.

The storekeeper also waves two really really really really really really really really really really really big Taiwan flags.

I want to have a longer trip in Japan, but we can't stay here for too long or else we will want to go back to Taiwan.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to a mochi store and I think the way to get the mochi from this side to that side is really creative. I love it. See you guys in the next blog. Bye bye!

Yu's Japan Trip 3: Fish

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu. Today I want to tell everybody about that today we went to Lake Tazawa. We fed the fish and I felt happy. When I throw a lot of food, lots of fish will jump up. The sight is very good. I love it.

In the morning we woke up early and went to the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast is pretty good.

Then we went to our first stop which is the Lake Tazawa. It is the deepest lake in Japan.

There are some fish in the lake. We bought a pack of fish food. I think feeding fish is fun.

When you throw a lot of food like 5 to 10 pieces, lots of fish will come and eat them. There will be some bubbles and I think it is cool.

We also played throwing stone. You need to try to throw the stone. Try to let the stone bounce in the water.

We also went on a little little train, but it is not as small as a toy train. It has two cars.

The front car is orange. The second car is blue. We went to the front of the orange car and watch the sight.

There are some level crossings. Sometimes, I can see some cars.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to Lake Tazawa. We fed the fish and threw the stone. I think the train is really cool. The sight is cool. The rail is really beautiful. See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's Japan trip 2: A huge hotel!

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu. Today I want to tell everybody about that today we went to a huge hotel. I think that is the biggest hotel in the whole world. There are four beds. One is a sofa bed.

In the morning, we woke up really early. We ate our breakfast really early. I ate two sausages, a bacon, some eggs, and corn.

We went to Nebuta Museum Wa Rasse. There are lots and lots of projects inside the museum.

Then we went to Oirase Gorge. There are lots of waterfalls. There is also a river. The path is really small. It is like exploring in the jungle.

We saw the biggest waterfall beside the river but I think that is not so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so big.

Then we went to our hotel. When we go inside the room we were frightened because the room is really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really big and it is very cool because there are four beds in it and one is the sofa bed and I slept on the sofa bed. It feels really really really really really really really really really really really good. I slept really well.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to a really big hotel. The bathroom is also quite big but not as big as the room. The bathroom is cool because there are three things. One is the body soap, one is the shampoo and another one is the conditioner. The tour guide says if you see a B, then that is for body soap. If you see S, then that is Shampoo. Yu's Japan trip 1: Going to Aomori!

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I want to tell everybody about that today we went on a really small plane to go to Aomori Airport. The airport is really small. I think this is the most special flying trip.

In the morning, we woke up super early because we have an HSR train at 6:56. We went on an express HSR so it was just only 1 stop and I think that is good. I slept on the train.

Then we took an express metro from Taoyuan HSR station to Taoyuan International airport terminal 2.

Then we took a plane to Aomori Airport. The plane we took is a really small plane. We need to sit on a shuttle bus and go next to the plane. There is a tube that can let you go inside the plane.

It is a small plane so when it needs to turn the plane, you will feel like the plane is going to turn 360 degrees.

Do you know how small is the plane? There is only two sides of seats. There are 3 seats each side.

The building where we ate our dinner is really big. The hotel is really big. We have two rooms, but our main room is at the left hand side.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to Aomori and it is good. The famous thing in Aomori is the apple! Do you like apples? See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's London diary 24: Bye! London!

Hi, everybody! My name is Yu. Today I'm going to tell me everyone about that today is the last day in London because we are going to go back to Taiwan.

Today is the day we stayed at home all day and maybe 'whole day' is wrong because we also went out to buy some food. But we stayed at home for a really really long time today so I think today is a really really really really really really really special day.

In the 20 days, lots of fun things and cool things happened. We also went to lots of places so I felt happy and when we go back to Taiwan, I might use Scratch to make a short video about the London trip because I love this London trip.

Now I change my mind. Before we went to London, my favorite cartoon was Pokémon but now I change my mind. Now my favorite cartoon is Peppa Pig because I think George is really cute but sometimes he will cry out loud and make some mess but he is cute.

Do you know how much I like Peppa Pig? I read books about it in the bookstore and when Mom tell me to read a book, I will keep reading my Peppa Pig books because I love Peppa Pig and George's sound is cute. I like George.

I think I will watch Peppa Pig on the plane to Taiwan so now I need to download them because I might forget in the future so I just did it.

I think today I felt a little bit sad because we are going to leave London soon and I feel a little bit sad. I want to keep knowing new things in London but we already been to the most important things in London and when we are in Taiwan in the future, maybe we can build up Lego and do the things that we can't do in London. Yu's London diary 23: Natural History Museum!

Hi, everyone. My name is Yu. I'm going to tell everyone today we went to the Natural History Museum. Today I was the tour guide and I took my sister, Dad and Mom to the Natural History Museum and there were a lot and a lot and a lot and a lot of things inside. There were some games but not too much like in New York and Nagoya so I'm a little disappointed.

In the morning, we went to Natural History Museum taking the underground and I was proud of myself because I just recite all of the route we are going, so I knew which station were we going to and how many stops so I think that really feels good. We went to the South Kensington station taking a District line train.

In the Natural History Museum, there are a lot of things inside and we went to a dinosaur museum in the Natural history Museum and there is a really good game and I think that was really fun. There are three players and there is a big screen. You can decide if is dinosaur or not on the screen.

We also went to my favorite restaurant in America called Chipotle, but in London, the chips are a little bit thicker and I can't finish it so my sister helped me and I felt happy. When we were taking Piccadilly line, my dad is naughty. He always says Pikachu line so I am angry.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to the Natural History Museum. There are a lot of games. There are more games than the Science Museum so I don't really like the Science Museum. We also went to my favorite restaurant in New York and Boston. Now I still like the restaurant but the chips are so thick so I'm a little bit disappointed but I'm still happy. Yu's London diary 22: One-day trip to Bath and Stonehenge

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I want to tell everybody about that today we went on a Golden Tours Bus. We went to The Roman Baths and the Stonehenge. I think the Stonehenge is very cool.

In the morning, we went to Victoria Coach Station. We ate our breakfast there and then it is the time to start our journey. It was early. It was about 8 o'clock.

The tour guide spoke in Mandarin, so we could know more things. I think he's really good and he also passed out a lunchbox for each person on the bus and a card that can go on a trip for free.

I think the lunch box is really good because there are crisps in it and I love crisps because in Taiwan we use chips to describe crisps but in London they use crisps so I think this is a really good chance to eat crisps.

We also went to The Roman Baths and there is a big museum. The museum was really big so we used a few hours and then we went out to eat ice cream and that Italian Ice Cream is really good. You can choose three flavors if you buy a big box, I chose milk and the vanilla and chocolate. That was a really good store. You can go to the Roman bath and buy one ice cream to eat.

We also went to the Stonehenge and that is a long way from London so we used a long time to sit on the bus and I think it is fun because in the family mode, when there is the sound like a train, then the grownups or adults cannot keep listening, they need to pause and go away. It is the time for kids to wow the grownups.

I think today I felt happy because today we went on a really really really big bus and I was surprised because there are lots of things including a little washroom so I think it is good. We went to two places the Roman Baths and Stonehenge and I like the day trip because it is really good. See you guys in the next blog. Bye-bye!

Yu's London trip 21: water bottle

Hi everyone. My name is Yu and today I'm going to tell everyone about that today my sister is the tour guide because she really wants a water bottle so she took us to National Maritime Museum.

In the morning, my sister took us to the bus station then we ate McDonald's. I think McDonald's at London is really good because the happy meal is really good and I love it.

On the happy meal box, there is a QR code. If you download an app and then you use that app to scan the QR code, then you can have a space mission with Snoopy. I took a picture but in the picture, my rocket is going to crash so I didn't put it on my blog. I used a Squirtle one.

I think the game is really fun. When you touch a planet, Snoopy will tell you some facts about it so I think the happy meal is a lot better than the happy meal in Taiwan. I hope Taiwan could have happy meal like this.

Then my sister took us to the gift shop and my sister really bought a bottle for 6 pounds in the National Maritime Museum where has a really big world map with two boats on the map. The boat was really heavy and really big so we drove from London to Sydney.

After that we went to the Waterloo station. We ate Burger King and I got a crown because there is a crown in a kids meal so I am really happy and I think the clown is really cool.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to eat McDonald's for the lunch and that is really good and it's not so expensive in London. I think McDonald's is a really good restaurant in London I would give it five stars and I will let it be the best restaurant in London. See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's diary 20: 4 more days

Hi everybody. My name is Yu and today I'm going to tell you about that today is an important day because today is the 20th day in London so that means it is the end of the London trip. There will only be four more days so I'm not really happy. But if we keep staying in London, we couldn't do anything because there isn't a lot of museums in London, and because the city can't have so many museums.

In the morning, we woke up and went to the National Gallery and we saw a person flying in the air using some tricks and I think that is really really cool.

There is a picture that has lots of secrets in it and I think that is cool because when you look at the painting really carefully you can see that there is a skull on the ground and I think that is really cool.

After that we went to eat Pret A Manger. We didn't eat it before so we tried but I can just give it four stars because there are too many mayo in the sandwich.

Then we went to a really famous toy store called Hamleys. There is a really cool UFO called my mystery UFO. If you do it well then it looks like the UFO is flying but actually there's a really thin thread that carries the UFO so I think that's a really cool thing.

When we were going back to our hotel, we saw Whitehall and king Charles' head so now I know that this is the place where King Charles is beheaded.

My sister and I finished Sherlock Holmes activity book. Some questions that are really tricky and it's hard to understand, but some of them are really easy and we can solve it in minutes or maybe 30 seconds.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to the National Gallery and saw lots of paintings and drawings that unfortunately we are going back to Taiwan. Maybe we can build up the LEGO that we bought in London so I felt happy again. See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's London diary 19: Wimbledon

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I am going to tell everybody about that today we stayed at hotel and watched Wimbledon. This match is really exciting. When Federer is going to win, Djokovic got points. When Djokovic is going to win, Federer got points, too. So this is why the match is over 5 hours.

In the morning, we ate our breakfast and ready to go to the City Hall. Dad said we can watch Wimbledon there, but when we went there, there are too many people so we went back to hotel. Fortunately, the housekeeping is done so we could go in.

We watched about 4 hours. Do you know what happened at last? The last set took more than 100 minutes, so I think that is amazing.

I think you know the rule of tennis but I want to tell you again so you can remember it. There are points, games and sets. When you get 40 points and you goal again, then you can get one game and if you get six games and your enemy just got less than four games or four, then you can get 1 set. If you get three sets, then you win.

The problem is if the games are six and six, who will get the set? No one will get a the set but everyone needs to get seven points. If it is seven and seven then everyone needs to get eight points. This match is really cool because they kept doing this again and again until they need to get 13 games because the judge can't let the match be so long so the judge said, 'If anyone gets 13 games, then that person is the champion!'

When they were fighting for the champion, Federer actually got lots of championship points but Djokovic didn't let him get the champion so Djokovic tried his best and fight until he won, so I want to be like Djokovic because he never gave up.

When we were watching the Wimbledon, I really thought that Federer would win but he didn't. He almost won but unfortunately Djokovic didn't give up so he won and everyone was surprised because Federer got more points than Djokovic before.

When we were eating our dinner, Dad said that when Federer got the championship point, everyone in the world thinks Federer will be the champion in 2019. The only one who still thinks Djokovic can win is himself. He thinks he can win even though Federer got the championship point.

The reporter asked a question to Federer: What do you want to say with this match? Federer said, 'I will try to forget this match.'

I think today I felt happy because today we watched Wimbledon at our hotel and I like this match because it was really exciting and this is the longest gentleman single Wimbledon in the whole Wimbledon history. See you guys in the next blog. Bye bye!

Hi, everyone. My name is Yu and today I'm going to tell everyone about that today I drew three pictures because Dad told us to choose three kinds of ways to draw a picture and I'll show you now.

This is my first picture. As you can see, this will never be real because Squirtle's eyes are diamonds and his hands are bottles. This is Surrealism.

This is the second picture. This one is still really fantasy because Squirtle's body is a Mario game and that is still impossible to happen. This is Magic Realism.

My last picture is this one. This one is really easy. I just drew some easy things like a big eye and a small eye. This is Minimalism.

I hope you would like these pictures.

Yu's London diary 18: Pigeons

Hi, everyone. My name is Yu, today I'm going to tell everyone about that today my sister and I went to feed the pigeons near the Science Museum. Lots of pigeons came and eat our toast. You can guess how many pigeons were there. If you want to know the answer, please read the blog.

In the morning, we took a Circle line train all the way to the Science Museum and that took almost half an hour, so I think that is amazing.

When we walked in, I was pretty disappointed because there isn't a lot of games in the museum. I thought there will be lots games in the Science Museum because the Science Museum we visited before have lots of games.

There are lots of things inside that, there isn't a lot of games so I wasn't really happy, but there's a game and that is on the really big screen. The mission is you need to give the internet to everyone in the whole London and I gave the Internet to 91 percent people in the London. Unfortunately, that is the only game in the whole Science Museum.

When we went out the Science Museum, we found a place with some pigeons so we decided to feed the pigeons.

First, there is only one pigeon on the park, but when we keep feeding them, there comes more pigeons and now I will tell you the answer. We made 20 pigeons come and eat the toast.

When everyone sees the pigeons eating the toast and flying to eat the pieces of the toast, I was really proud of myself because my father gave me the toast.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to the Science Museum and we fed the pigeons so I was really happy. The only unfortunate thing is that there is only one game in the whole Science Museum but I think that's OK. See you guys in the next blog. Bye bye!

Yu's London diary 17: The British Museum

Hi, everyone. My name is Yu, today I'm going to tell everybody that today we went to the British Museum and we saw lots of things come from different places in the whole world.

In the morning, we took a bus all the way to the British Museum and the British museum is for free so that means we don't need to use our London Pass. Plus, our London pass is already out of date.

The British Museum was a really really really really big museum.

There are numbers on every single rooms so we can easily check on our direction to see if it's right or wrong.

The first floor was really big so we used the whole morning to see all of the things, but we didn't stop yet because there are still a lot and a lot of things to see and that really takes a long time.

There is a pizza Cafe. I ordered a children meal and there's an ice cream but the Oreo is yummy so everyone ate it. I can't order it so I can just eat the chocolate vanilla ice cream. I was sad.

Then we walked on the stairs. The staircase was really tall so we used a lot and a lot of time to go up. I think there's at least 100 steps.

The third floor was really big and we used about one hour to finish it. There are a lot of things and they're really interesting. Some of them look ridiculous but they are actually really good in the past.

Dad told us why there are so many things and sculptures and paintings in the British Museum. He said it is because British people just bring them away when they are at other countries, but this is not a bad thing because British people are really good at protecting the sculptures.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to the British Museum and we saw lots of cool paintings and sculptures that I don't know how can people in the past to make these. Some of them are 3000 years ago and I don't know what time is it. See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's London diary 16: Tate Modern

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu and today I am gonna tell everyone about that today we went to Tate Modern and there are a lot of things inside included a slope that is really big. You can run down from the slope and it is quick.

In the morning, we ate our breakfast and then dressed up so that means we are ready to the Tate Modern. We took a bus to the Tate Modern. There is the big big big big big slope that you can run down really quick and then you will feel like you are a Boeing 747 plane.

Some galleries are smelly so I have to use my mouth to breathe but I ate too much air so I got hiccups but I must use my mouth to breathe. I think that was really funny.

When we were going out, we also played the big big big big big big big big big slide and I think that is really fun. If you go into Tate Modern, you can try this. You would be really happy and your feet will be really strong because running really fast is not easy.

We ate Itsu for our dinner and I think it's really good because there is a string that can hold your bag. If you shake the string, the bag will move and then I will get some steps so I think Itsu is a really good restaurant.





We took a 381 bus to our home and then my sister and I climbed up on the mushroom with 576 spots on it. I think climbing up the mushroom is really fun because that can also train me because the first time I climbed up was a few days ago and I worked really hard to climb up there but now it's easy.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to Tate Modern and we played on the slope but if there are wheels on my butt, then that would be really good and if there's a chair that has wheels on it, then it would also be really great. See you guys in the next blog. Goodbye!

Yu's London diary 15: Visiting Baker Street

Hi, everybody. My name is Yu. Today I'm gonna tell everyone that we visited Baker Street and we saw the statue of the Sherlock Holmes. We also bought a book and there are some hard questions inside. You need to be like Sherlock Holmes.

In the morning, we went to the Westminster station to add money in our Oyster card and then we took Jubilee line underground to go to Baker Street. There are some stories inside and mom and sister would tell me about the story because I didn't read the Sherlock Holmes book.

We also bought a book and there are some really really really hard questions inside and they are all about Sherlock Holmes. If you can't solve these questions, then you are not a detective. Detectives need to be really smart that can solve really hard questions.

We also went to a museum and there are lots of things inside. There are two floors. There are lots of really expensive things in the both floors so everyone needs to be careful not to break them or your money will not be so much.

We also went to Dad's Friend's house. She cooked some Taiwanese food and they were all really yummy. We also watched Horrible History.

When we were going home, it is already 11 o'clock and the sky is really dark. The sight on the bus was really beautiful.

Yu's diary 14: Big Bus

Hi, everybody! My name is Yu and today I want to tell everyone about that today we went on the Big Bus in London. That was fun.

When you go into the bus, you will get a free headphone and you can sit on a random seat. There will be a little tour guide in front of you and you can insert your headphones inside and select the language. After that the tour will begin.

In the morning, we went to a station and we took a red line Big Bus. We selected English and the tour started. I think it is very funny because most of the tour are music. The tour guide will just only say a few sentences. The music will be a long time.

When I want to sleep, I will just select the English channel and then listen to the music. Unfortunately, the seat was really hard and there isn't a pillow so it's hard to fall asleep.

When the bus went to the final station, we went down the bus and eat our lunch. Our lunch was Shake Shack and I think it is really yummy. After that we went on another bus and then go to Marble Arch station.

We took a blue line Big Bus to travel for two hours from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock. When we were back, we saw the Marble Arch again. That was the fifth time I saw Marble Arch today. The first time I saw this is on my activity book. I didn't know that there is a place called Marble Arch before.

I think today I felt happy because when we were sitting on the blue line Big Bus, the wind was really big and really cool. It was not so hot. When you were leaving, you can take the headphone away and I think that is really good because now I got another headphones. See you guys in the next blog, bye-bye!!

Yu's diary 13: boat

Hi, everyone! My name is Yu. Today I am going to tell everybody about that today we went on the boat in the Westminster station called City Cruises.

We lined up for a really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really long time and I think it is about 20 to 30 minutes and it's crazy because I don't know if going on a boat need to wait for half an hour so I think it's funny.

We saw a lot of things on the boat and it is really fast. First, we went to the tower pier station but we are not going to go down there so we didn't move at all. Then we went to Greenwich. This is the final station but the stadium we're going to is the Tower pier. We just want to see things from Tower pier to Greenwich. 

After that we went to eat Wagamama for lunch and I think Wagamama is yummy the cococino is free and I was really really happy. After eating lunch, we took a bus to St. Paul's Cathedral. We went on to the top of church and I saw lots of things in London.

We also went to a really reasonably priced supermarket called Sainsbury's. We bought our dinner and tomorrow's breakfast. That only costs 20 pounds so I think that's not expensive. I don't know why it can be so cheap.

I think today I felt happy because today we went on the boat and the speed was high. and the boat is really fast. We also ate Wagamama for our lunch and went to a really really good supermarket so I was happy. See you guys in the next blog. Bye bye!

Yu's diary 12: Line up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, everyone, my name is Yu and today I am going to tell everyone about that we spent about two hours just for lining up to go into the Windsor Castle and we even finished eating our lunch and guess what did we eat for our lunch. If you want to know the answer, please read the blog.

In the morning, we woke up early and finished our breakfast. Today we took a train again in the Waterloo train station.

When we were at the Windsor Castle. The line is so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so long.

When we were in halfway, Dad said Mom and Sister can go to McDonald's to take out some food and we can eat it while we are lining up.

There is the thing that is really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really funny that Mom and Sister ordered six pieces are McNuggets but McDonald's gave us the seven pieces and the box wrote nine pieces so I think that's really really funny.

I shut down the tour guide and open it. Now I know the small pad is made by ATS. It's a company that makes audio guide. I was happy when I knew that because I always think about the question "What is the company that makes all the audio guide?" Now I know the answer and now I am not going to think about that. Are you happy when you know a thing that you didn't know before?

I think today I felt happy because today we all lined up for a really really really long time and that is two hours. That means if I split today into 12 pieces, then one piece must be lining up and I also explored about the audio guide and I think no one will just shut down the audio guide.See you guys in the next blog, bye-bye!

Yu's diary 11: Politics

Hi! Everybody. My name is Yu, today I'm gonna tell everyone about that today Dad taught sister and I about politics using a real book called Politics for Beginners. And I think the book is really good. I recommend it to everyone who reads the blog.

In the morning, we woke up early and ate our breakfast because today we needed to take a train all the way to feed the pigeons.

There are lots of history about Henry VIII in Hampton Park Palace and I think Henry VIII is funny because he had six wives and the rate to survive is only 50% because three of the wives died.

When it is the lunch time, we went to the Café and ordered some meals. I drank a cup of hot chocolate and a piece of toast. I also ate lots of potato chips but it was not fries. It is like Pringles and that is really hard to find in UK so I think that's amazing.

We also fed the crows. They were really naughty and I don't know why. I don't think I did really scary thing. They think I will catch them but I'm not. So we decided to feed the ducks and the swans. They were really cute and eat everything we gave to them.

When we were home, Dad taught my sister and I about politics. This time we talked about how to argue and not being so rude and there are six tips but I can just tell you one tip. I hope you enjoy!

The tip that I can tell you is you need to be prepared to change your mind. When arguing, maybe you will change your mind. You don't need to keep going and keep arguing. You can change your mind if you want. Maybe next time you can change other people's mind.

I think today I felt happy because today we took the bus and we also fed the crows and swans. The last thing is my dad told my sister and I about arguing and I think the six tips are all good. Yu's diary 10: Royal Observatory Greenwich

HI! Everybody. My name is Yu, today I'm gonna tell everyone about that today we went to the Royal Observatory Greenwich and we saw lots of things about time because people needed to know their location on the sea so they can know if they were on the right direction.

In the morning, we ate our breakfast and then we went outside and took a Jubilee line underground to a really really big station. This time we didn't took the underground all the way to the Royal Observatory Greenwich. We took a bus.

Dad said we could take a 129 bus or a 188 bus. Then a 188 bus came but there were so many people. So we waited for a few seconds and a 129 bus came and it is all empty so we could go up and sit in the front.

The bus was very very very tall and we were all sitting higher than the normal cars so I think that's pretty cool. I shook my tablet on the bus so I got lots and lots of steps. I was really happy even though they're not real.

After that we went to the Royal Observatory Greenwich and the Cutty Sark. Then we also went to eat a restaurant. The chips were yummy.

When we went outside to wait for a bus, a bus came with lots of people. We didn't want to go onto it because we couldn't go up and sat in the front. So we decided to wait for the next bus to come. If that is an empty bus, then that would be good, but if it's not then that's really bad. Luckily, it was an empty bus so we went on it and then went back to the home.

It was really fun because sometimes the bus will went on some little hills on the road. I almost fell down from my seat so I love to take a bus.

I think today I felt happy because today we took a bus to the museum and went back with a bus. I think taking a bus is really fun. Sometimes the tree branches will hit the bus and the noise will be really loud so I recommend all of you guys to sit on the bus and have a nice day. See you guys in the next blog. Bye!

Yu's diary 9: Steps!

Hi! Everybody my name is Yu and today I'm gonna tell everybody about that today I really got lots of steps. I will tell you later because this is a really important thing so this is a secret. If you want to know it, please read this blog.

In the morning, we all woke up and ate our breakfast. My breakfast was a croissant. It was really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really yummy.

Then we went to A very very very very very very big park and we walked a lot so we got a lot of steps and do you want to guess how many steps I earned.

A. 1.  B. 2500.   C. 5000.

The answer is C. I earned a lot of steps so I was very glad. I thought it was just a few thousands, but it is 5 thousands.

There is a place called Kensington Palace. It is a museum. It introduced some kings and queens. It also introduced Queen Victoria.

The museum was very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very large so we went to a Café to take a rest.

We fed the pigeons even though I think their faeces are not really good because maybe you will be sick if pigeon's faeces touches you. Dad said maybe you will die.

We went to the Cartoon Museum and the London Transport Museum. It was really fun. Then we went home. My final steps were 21212 + 5.

I think today I felt happy because today I got lots of steps and we went to a park to feed the pigeons. I think my sister and I are very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very kind. I hope the pigeons had a great lunch. Do you like to feed animals? Yu’s London diary 8: Line up

Hi! Everybody. My name is Yu and today I’m gonna tell everyone about that today we all woke up really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really early and then we lined up for about 3 hours in total today. I think that is a really big number. I think that is incredible.

In the morning, we woke up really early at 7:30 and we ate breakfast, but I was very tired because I never woke up so early for about the month.

We walked for about half an hour and we went to Churchill War Room. There are lots of people lining up to enter the museum. We have to line up in the really really long line even though we have London pass. That is a really long time so my sister and I was really boring. We played a game called one person one line and I think that is fun. Let me tell you the rule.

The app we used to play this game is Note. If you have an iPad, then you would have this app if you didn’t delete it. So check your iPad or iPhone. You need two or more players. First, you need to create a new note. Then, press the button at the right slide bottom. One person can only draw one line a time. When you think the picture is good, then a game ended. There are two game modes. I will tell all of you guys later.

The first mode is that there is no any topic so the picture will be really creative. All of the people might draw different things, so maybe the picture will be really crazy.

The second mode is that someone will think about the thing and tell everybody. The thing will be the topic that everyone is drawing. This will be easier and the picture will be normal, but it will not be very creative.

I think today I felt happy because today I introduced a game called one person one line and the reason we made this game is because the waiting line is so long, and that is just really boring. So we want to have a game to play together. See you guys in the next blog. Bye-bye!

Yu's London diary 7: Royal Mews!

Hi! Everybody. My name is Yu, and today I want to tell everybody about that today we went to the Royal Mews. There are lots of carriages inside and they are all for the royals.

This carriage is for carrying the crowns from the Tower of London to Buckingham Palace.

This is the Glass Carriage. It got the name because there are three windows on this carrier and this is why it got the name. It is really beautiful because there's lots of gold and glass on it.

This is the royal car. The queen will sit on it.

This is the most fancy carriage in the whole world because there are lots of gold on it and I think it will be really expensive. The two men in front of the carriage are the sea gods. The carriage is made in 250 years ago and at that time, United Kingdom had the most powerful navy in the world. There are three kids on the top of the gold carriage but unfortunately you can't see. One kid is England and the another one is Scotland, and the last kid is Ireland.

After that, we went to see da Vinci's drawing and he learned the thing he wanted to learn and I want to be like him.

I think today I felt happy because today we went to the Royal Mews, and we saw lots of kind of carriages and some are really awesome like the gold carriage. Gold is expensive so maybe the whole carriage will be really really really really really really really expensive, but that really looks good. There are two sea gods and there are also three kids holding up a crown so I like it. See you guys in the next blog, bye-bye!
